Veneers cover the front surface of a tooth. By covering the front surface, the veneer can change the appearance of your tooth. Veneers are typically done to improve the appearance of a patient’s smile. Veneers can alter the appearance of shape, color, and alignment.
Your dentist will take an impression of your tooth at your first appointment. Temporary veneers are placed over your teeth until the final ones are ready. At your final appointment, your dentist will remove the temporary veneers, and bond the final veneers into place. Your teeth will be restored and your smile will be greatly improved!
When a tooth’s structure is compromised, a crown rebuilds it. A crown is usually made of ceramic material. At your first appointment Dr. Ford will take an impression and prep the tooth to make room for your crown. Our team will then place a temporary crown while your final restoration is being made by one of our expert dental laboratories.
When the crown is ready, your doctor will make final adjustments and cement it into place. Your tooth will then be restored to optimal shape and function!
Ford Signature Dentistry elevates your experience even further by offering the iTero digital scanner! The iTero prevents needing the messy, uncomfortable experience of traditional putty impressions. The digital impression scanner allow your appointment to be cleaner, faster, and for your crown to be more precise for a better fit in your mouth!
